Produced by Sebastiano Ricci at Tenuta degli Ultimi in the hills outside Conegliano, Ciacola Brut Treviso Prosecco is a wonderful example of thoughtful, terroir-driven Prosecco. Certified organic and produced in a decidedly dry (Brut) style, this is a refreshing departure from the sweeter, more commercial versions that dominate the category.
