An Alsatian blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Light, aromatic with white flower, peach blossom, apricot, pear, citrus with a bright minerality. Off dry, fresh mouth feel with honeysuckle, pears and core of savory acidity. A nice wine for ham, poultry, white pizza and salads.
