A lovely, pure, and fleshy Chardonnay from Limoux, one of the best spots in France to grow Chardonnay outside of Burgundy. If you've liked the Novellum and/or Milou Chardonnay, this is even better. Ripe apple, peach, honeysuckle, and light spice all show in the bouquet and on the palate of this wonderful and fairly priced Chardonnay.
