A blend of 7 varietals that are very often seen in Alsace, they describe this wine as meant to be drunk young, early, and often. Aromatic, heady, and layered with fruits of ripe peach, apricot, and orange rind. Further notes of white flowers, cut grass, rose petals, wet stones, and ginger.
