Since 1860 the Cadart family has been farming their land in the Cher Valley within the larger Loire Valley. Their 'Launey' Touraine Rouge is 100% Cot, which is what they call Malbec in the Loire Valley. Juicy, vibrant, and mineralic. Look for bright notes of blackberry, plum, and black cherry. Herbs and soft tannins accompany this very easy to drink bistro style red wine.
