Domaine B. Millet is a family-run estate in Bué, one of Sancerre's top villages. Betty and Franck Millet farm their vineyards with a focus on showcasing the character of their limestone and clay soils, and this rosé is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, purity, and vibrant fruit.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this is a bright, dry rosé with lively aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and delicate flowers. Fresh flavors of red berries and watermelon are complemented by crisp acidity and a subtle mineral note on the clean, refreshing finish.
