Sofos translates to “wise” in Greek, which aptly represents the ancient tradition of winemaking in Peloponnese that has been passed on by generations for millennia and we still enjoy today. The local Agiorgitiko grape gives Sofos a beautiful bouquet of cherries and spice that is complemented by soft tannins. The wine is to be enjoyed on its own or paired with a hearty meal.
