Regular price $47.99The 2021 Bedrock Cabernet Sauvignon contains grapes from two highly-esteemed sites (Montecillo and Bedrock), and it's a very serious Cab at a great price. These two prized vineyards produce many wines that sell for $75-$100+, and this performs like a lot of those, but Morgan Twain-Peterson and Chris Cottrell are humble guys, and they want everyone to be able to enjoy the fruits of their labors.
Morgan pushes this wine towards more plushness by using a higher proportion of valley floor fruit, but trust me, this is still a very serious bottle of Cab. It's not a superficial fruit bomb. What it is is a Cab with serious depth of flavor, wonderful concentration, and that classic Bedrock energy. Quite dark and deep in the glass, this offers up wonderful aromas and flavors of dark currant, baked blueberry, cigar tobacco, spice box, and nicely integrated French oak.
