Just as LEAF connects people with cultures and builds community through the music and the arts, Table Wine pursues a similar goal. By focusing on wines from small, traditional and artisanal producers, we strive to connect people with the historically significant, culturally relevant, and socially responsible wines, producers and regions of the world.
To kick off this collaboration, we will hold a seated wine tasting at the store featuring an array of delicious wines from South Africa including the “Leaf Choice” wines from Indaba Winery. This is one of the most sustainable, forward thinking, and socially responsible wineries in the world and the wines are delicious and affordable. Even better, whenever you buy a bottle of Indaba at Table Wine in 2016, we will donate 10% of the proceeds back to LEAF! The tasting will also include some higher end wines from some of South Africa’s top estates!
Table Wine will also be donating all of the entry fees back to LEAF to help them in all of their efforts. Just 28 seats are available for this seated, intimate, and informative tasting and reservations are required. Bread and cheese plates are included with the price of entry and all of the wines will be offered at the best prices in Western North Carolina.
