Matt Meyer is the son of Justin Meyer, founder and original winemaker at Silver Oak. Matt carries on his father's legacy, and he will be in town and at the shop to pour and talk about his wines, his father, and the family's history in the Napa Valley.
Meyer Family Vineyards Wine Tasting

Tasters will get to sample a range of wines that Matt makes, but the emphasis will be on the tiny production Cabernet Sauvignons he makes from Bonny's Vineyard, one of the Napa Valley's heritage sites, and the original source for Silver Oak's Napa Valley Cab. The vineyard was actually named after Matt's mom Bonny, and today, Matt and his family own the vineyard outright.
The tasting will start promptly at 7:15 PM, and we'll pour until 8:30 or so. This is a drop-in, open house style tasting (not seated), and you don't have to stay for the duration of the tasting -- you can taste as fast or as slow as you'd like! We'll have some nice cheeses and other snacks out for palate cleansing purposes, and we will be offering the wines up at some of the best prices in the USA.
The cost to taste 6 boutique Meyer Family Wines is just $30 plus tax. Due to our planning needs, we are not able to offer refunds for this tasting unless it is cancelled due to weather or other acts of God. However, if you cannot attend, you can offer your ticket up to a friend or fellow wine lover.
