Free Wine Tasting - Southern French Values - Friday, November 30

Friday, November 30th from 4-7pm – You are officially invited to Asheville’s best free wine tasting! Join us this week as we pour a trio of stellar values from Southern France.

Asheville’s Best Free Wine Tasting – Just stop by – we’ve got plenty of free parking!

I might retire to Southern France one day. Why you ask? Because it’s a bit like heaven. The vine thrives here, in the warm Mediterranean sunshine, and the food isn’t too shabby either. And the wines, though delicious and satisfying, sell for a song, even in the US! Join us as we pull the corks on some of my favorite Southern French value wines this Friday. Taste, learn, and save every Friday at Table Wine.

All of the featured tasting wines are 20% off by the bottle on tasting day only.

1. 2017 Domaine Brunet Chardonnay (Languedoc, France): Need a crowd-pleasing, budget-friendly Chardonnay for your holiday gatherings? Look no further! With a classy label mirrored by the classy juice contained inside, this crisp, stylish, and ripe white wine boasts notes of spiced apple, pear, and pineapple.

2. 2017 Domaine Brunet Pinot Noir (Languedoc, France): Need a crowd-pleasing, budget-friendly Pinot Noir for your holiday gatherings? Look no further! I know I’m repeating myself, but you just can’t beat the quality to price ratio here. With classic aromas and flavors of cherry, raspberry, earth, and spice, this medium-bodied, silky and zesty Pinot Noir is worth every penny.

3. 2017 Chateau Massiac Minervois “Cuvee Sentinelle” (Languedoc, France) – One of the great red wine values of Southern France, Chateau Massiac’s Cuvee Sentinelle is a blend of Syrah and Carignan. Ripe, open knit, and packed with plummy dark fruit, spice, and smoky mineral notes, it is ideal for consuming solo or with roasted meats, stews, or chili.
