Either way, a “Tuesday Night Wine” is one that is usually pretty simple, pretty inexpensive, and 100% easy to open any night of the week. Some people might even call wines like this “Table Wines”………….great name for a wine shop huh? Anyway, come see us, taste with us, and learn with us every Saturday at Table Wine.

The Wines (Prices range from $8 to $10)
Tasting wines are 10% off by the bottle, 15% off if you mix six, or 20% off if you mix twelve of them!

1. 2012 Arche Trebbiano “Rubicone” (Abruzzo, Italy)
Dry, juicy and aromatically delightful, this simple, fruit forward Italian white should appeal to fans of Pinot Grigio. With nice apple, pear, mixed citrus, and floral notes, it makes for a perfect after work glass of wine any night of the week.

2. 2013 Vecchia Torre Leverano Rosato (Puglia, Italy)
Year in, year out, this is one of the best dry rosé values we can get our hands on. Typically a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera, this fuller bodied, creamy pink wine is packed with ripe strawberry, cherry, peach and tropical notes. Throw one in the fridge before you go to work, get home from work, open bottle and pour glass, walk outside and sniff and sip……..we guarantee that no matter how bad your day was, it will get better!

3. 2013 Le Campuget Syrah/Viognier (Southern Rhone Valley, France)
This honest, little “Blue Collar” red hails from Chateau Campuget, a great little family estate based in Nimes, just a little west of Avignon. I suspect this is the red that the family drinks with daily meals………including breakfast. Light, bright, red fruited and lightly peppery, this low tannin, easy to drink red would be nice with a little chill put on it first. It’s just straight-up, lip smacking good stuff!
