The Wines
Save big on all of the tasting wines! Mix any 3 of them and save 10%, mix any 6 and save 15%, or mix any 12 and save 20%!
1. 2015 Mont Gravet Cotes de Gascogne (Southwestern France) – This has quickly become a new customer favorite. Based entirely on Colombard, a cousin to Chenin Blanc, the wine drinks a bit like its cousin with a fair amount of Sauvignon Blanc blended in. Fresh, dry, crisp and tart, it’s perfect for just about any occasion.
2. 2015 Mont Gravet Carignan “Vieilles Vignes” (Languedoc, France) – Carignan is the workhorse grape of the Languedoc and it often yields simple, hearty, rustic red wines. This is a more refined and polished version of the grape, and we love it. Boasting aromas of ripe cherry, strawberry, dark plum, and light spice, this medium bodied, smooth red wine is the perfect house wine!
3. 2014 Le Posta Tinto Red Blend (Mendoza, Argentina) – Here’s a fun red blend from the folks at La Posta that is made by the talented Laura Catena. A blend of 60% Malbec, 20% Syrah, and 20% Bonarda aged for 8 months in second use French oak, it is a hearty red with rich flavors of ripe cherry, blueberry, oak spice and hints of chocolate.
