The Wines
Save big on all of the tasting wines! Mix any 3 of them and save 10%, mix any 6 and save 15%, and mix any 12 and save 20%!

1. 2014 Poppy Chardonnay (Santa Lucia Highlands, California) – Great Britain’s Decanter wine magazine said “this must be the best-value Chardonnay from Santa Lucia Highlands!” We agree! Fermented in a mix of new and used French oak and stainless steel with batonnage (lees stirring), this wine possesses intensity, focus and complexity rarely encountered at this price point. Golden apple, ripe citrus, vanilla bean and toasty oak all show up in the nose and palate of this super value Chardonnay.

2. 2014 Broadside Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles, California) – Husband and wife Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi are crafting gorgeous wines from the various terroirs of California’s Central Coast with a focus on purity and varietal expression. This is a great entry point! 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 14 months in neutral French and American oak, this one really shows the pure and classic side of Cab — blackcurrant, dark cherry, cassis and just a whiff of oak. Big flavors, great price, no brainer!

3. 2013 Three Wine Company Zinfandel (Victoria, Australia) – Three is the newest project of Zinfandel-making legend Matt Cline. All of the fruit is sourced from 100 year old, dry farmed vineyards throughout Contra Costa County, and Matt also blends 16% Petite Sirah, 4% Carignane, 1% Mataro, and 2% Alicante Bouschet into this wine. The result is a full bodied, lush, spicy flavor explosion………think berry liqueur infused with peppery spice, violet and coffee. This stuff is just flat out delicious!
