1. 2017 Domaine Houchart Cotes de Provence Rose (Provence, France) – Always one of the first French roses to arrive and one of the first to sell out, this is spring sunshine in a bottle. A classic Provencal rose, it is fresh, dry, aromatic and delicious. Get it while you can!

2. 2017 Domaine Lafage Miraflors Rose (Roussillon, France) – The Lafage Rose is back and it’s better than ever! Always a best-seller, this blend of organic Grenache Gris and Mourvedre is delightful. Flowing with aromas and flavors of fresh strawberry, white peach, and flowers, it is dry, delicious, and custom-made for warm, sunny spring days.

3. 2015 Domaine les Aphillanthes Cotes du Rhone “Trois Cepages” (Rhone Valley, France): Robert Parker described this organic producer as “one of the finest estates in the Southern Rhone.” I agree, as Daniel Boulle’s terroir-driven wines offer a perfect balance of ripe fruit and more savory spice characteristics. His Trois Cepages is a blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. 92 points Jeb Dunnuck
