We’ll start the tasting with a brisk and zesty Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand before we move on to a rich and creamy Chardonnay made with fruit from the oldest Chardonnay vineyard in Edna Valley. After that, we’ll try you out on a perfectly aged, complex red from Sardinia before we send your palate into overdrive with a 92 point rated Malbec from Mendoza. We’ll finish it all up with an absolutely stunning Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the most historic Cab vineyards in California………..we’re only opening one bottle of this, so come early or forever hold your peace.
