The wine itself is wonderfully pure and vibrant. Notes of fresh pear, green apple, white flowers, and citrus zest jump from the glass. The bubbles are lively but refined, and the bright acidity keeps everything focused and refreshing. Best of all, it finishes brisk and totally dry.
