Joao Portugal Ramos Loureiro 2025

Portugal's Answer to Pinot Gris: 2025 J. Portugal Ramos Loureiro

This stuff is so good, and it's exactly the kind of white wine I want in my glass on a hot August day.

J. Portugal Ramos Loureiro

Composed entirely of the Loureiro grape, one of Northern Portugal's classic native white grapes, it's a great alternative to Pinot Gris/Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or dry Riesling. And it's made by Joao Portugal Ramos, one of Portugal's most celebrated winemakers.

At just $12.99/bottle and over 20% off the regular price of $16.99, this is worth checking out.

You'll never catch me saying this is super complex because it's not, but it more than makes up for that with its brilliant purity. Fresh, zippy flavors of lime, green apple, jasmine tea, and mellow minerality are all on display in this focused and mouthwatering white.

We're kind of into Loureiro at Table Wine. It's fresh, clean, and very  easy to drink, and the Ramos Loureiro is a great example of what the grape can do.

Enjoy this alongside a cold shrimp salad, a low country boil, or just chill it, sip it, and cool down on a hot August day.

Just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean it's not good! : ) Give this one a try, folks. I think you'll be happy with your purchase.
