It's been a long time since we've partnered on a wine dinner, but we are excited to welcome Vincent Wine Company founder and winemaker Vincent Fritsche to Asheville. This tiny, boutique winery focuses on single vineyard, carefully crafted wines from the Eola-Amity Hills section of the Willamette Valley. The menu is still in the works, but Red Stag chef James Lumley will prepare 5 courses to pair with the wines, and it's guaranteed to be delicious.
You will leave full, happy, and more informed about the wines, the dishes, and how they work together. Gwen Collins of 3 Keys Distributing and Vincent Fritsche will be on hand to provide commentary on the wines and to answer questions. Table Wine is the retail partner for the event and all wines will be offered at discounted prices to attendees.
