If you want to get an idea of what a White Chateauneuf du Pape tastes like without dropping $40-$50, get a six-pack of this. I know it sounds like a stretch, but I just call it like I smell it and taste it!
A highly attractive blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Roussanne, this is one of the top White Rhone values that's met my glass in a long time. Incredibly fresh and luscious, but also quite rich, layered, and refined, this is going to rock the house with the Thanksgiving meal.
We bought a bunch, like every bottle my distributor had, and we're dealing super deep on this one!

Talk about a crowd-pleasing white for Turkey Day! This fantastic White Rhone flows beautifully with notes of peach, tangerine, melon, and honeysuckle. It's my kind of white wine, with its combination of freshness and crisp minerality, and it comes with Josh's "seal of approval" :)
I just tasted a couple of White Chateauneufs last week, and while they were good, each would cost you roughly what an entire six-pack of this one costs. I'm not kidding when I say that the aromas, flavors, and overall quality of those wines were pretty much the same to this one. Sounds like a stretch, but I swear I'm not exaggerating.
Domaine du Prince is a high quality cooperative located in Nimes, in the far western reaches of the Southern Rhone. Composed of roughly 40 small growers, the coop enjoys an enviable reputation both at home and beyond. It's interesting to note that White Costieres de Nimes only accounts for 4% of production in the AOC.
Rare doesn't always mean good, but it certainly does here. I bought my distributor out of this one, and I HIGHLY recommend you pick up a sixer to enjoy whenever and wherever during the holiday season. Your friends and family will think you spent a lot more....
