If I were teaching a class on the white wines of Southern Burgundy, this is the wine I would serve you.
It checks all of the boxes with its classic Burgundian profile of golden apple, lemon curd, and pear balanced by lemony freshness and notable minerality. I love it, and you will too, and I think you'll especially love the price.

A big part of the wine's success is the fact that all winemaking is overseen by famed oenologist Nadine Gublin. She was the first-ever female to be named Winemaker of the Year by France's famed wine publication, La Revue du Vin de France.
All I can tell you is that she got this wine right! Fermented entirely in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees for 8 months, this has great concentration to the pure and luscious fruit character, but it remains light on its feet due to that bright and vivid acidity.
Even better, as you sit this one, it becomes more engaging. Let it come up in temperature a bit, and you'll discover this has some serious stuff going on -- lemon curd, honeysuckle, leesy spice, orange zest, and crushed rock all come out to play.
That level of complexity caught me by surprise, and I can't wait to have a bottle of this delicious White Burgundy with roasted chicken and root veggies on a cool fall evening. I recommend you do the same -- even better, save a few bottles for Thanksgiving dinner!
