I'm going to make a very bold statement from the get-go -- this is one of the best Proseccos you'll ever pour into your glass.
It's also on sale for just $14.99/bottle (no further discounts) through Thanksgiving Eve 2025!
Bele Casel is run by brother and sister Luca and Paola Ferrara, and it is one of the top producers in the Veneto. The estate is certified organic, the Glera vines are old and located on hillsides (see below), and the duo put a ton of TLC into this wine. It shows!
"It engulfs the palate with silken bubbles, creating an undeniable elegance while contrasting ripe orchard fruit with hints of candied citrus." - Vinous Media

Rated 91 points by Vinous Media, it's a legit contender for the best Prosecco in the world. Why doesn't it cost more? Part of the equation is that it's brought to us by a NC-based importer. Still, it out-performs and is less expensive than pretty much all of the mass-produced Proseccos at the grocery store.
Bele Casel Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra-Dry: Why should you buy it?
- This is hand-crafted, small grower, family-made Prosecco, and that is completely the opposite of what you'll find in the grocery and big box stores. The Proseccos you'll find there are much larger production wines with no sense of provenance.
- It delivers wonderful aromas of tropical melon, white flowers, pear, and nectarine. As good as it smells, it's the wine's lovely and creamy texture and juicy finish that will have you coming back for sip after sip.
- The Bele Casel estate is located in the Asolo hills, north of Venice. This zone, with its many old hillside vineyards, has long been regarded as one of the best in the region.
I really don't know what else to say here other than that this is a complete no-brainer. I recommend drinking this without the addition of orange or peach juice, but once you buy it, you can do whatever you want with it : )
