It's been a month since we launched the new Table Wine website, and it's been very well received. Old and new customers are using it to browse the 900+ items we have to offer, and many are placing orders through the site. The feedback has been incredibly positive, but some folks have had issues placing orders. Thus, I wanted to provide some simple tips to make your experience easier and better.
1. The BEST first step is to create your account. Once your account is created, place your first order, and it will automatically save all of your address and contact information. By creating an account, you can also keep track of what you've bought through the website for easy reordering.
2. You must fill in the address and contact fields in the final checkout screen to complete your order. Being that most Shopify sites sell online and ship products, this is coded into our site. Remember, once you've created your account and placed your first order, these fields will auto-fill, saving you much time. If you choose not to create an account, you will need to fill in these fields in order to complete your order each time.
3. If ordering sale items, six packs, or cases, the sale or discount pricing will not show up when you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will apply applicable discounts and get back to you with an updated total. We will always make sure you get the best price on the wines you order.
4. We use the Shopify website/e-commerce platform. This is the best and most trusted e-commerce platform on the market today. Being that we DO NOT process payments online, there is zero risk in setting up your account or placing your order through the site.
The new site is not a replacement for the in-store Table Wine experience, it is an extension of that. It is is yours to use however you see fit. Whether you use it to place quick and easy orders, to peruse our selections by grape, region, or farming method, or to ask us about special ordering a wine for your anniversary, it's there to make shopping with us easier than ever. Please tell your wine loving friends, family, and neighbors to check it out. Thanks!
