All of the featured tasting wines are 20% off by the bottle on tasting day only.

1. 2013 Stephane Aviron Fleurie “Domaine de la Madriere” Vieille Vignes (Beaujolais, France) – This is a really special treat from artisan winemaker Stephane Aviron. It truly showcases the aging potential of old vine Gamay — as these wines age, they show a Burgundy-like sophistication, and this one is clicking on all cylinders. Showing silky, spice-infused red fruit notes, this one loves roast chicken, salmon, and root veggies.

2. 2012 La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Reserva (Rioja, Spain) – One of the all-time great values in traditional Rioja, the new vintage of Vina Alberdi is spectacular. Composed entirely of Tempranillo, the wine was aged for 2 years in American oak and another year in bottle before release. “This is a very classic Rioja with dried fruit and hints of vanilla. Lots of plums and red fruit. Full-bodied, round and juicy. Exotic and beautiful. Very pretty 2012.” – James Suckling – 92 points

3. 2016 Fortune 1621 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California) – Talk about an incredible find in high level, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted by Brian Mox, former winemaker at Lewis, Laird, and Etude, this certainly shows the high quality of the warm, dry and sunny 2016 vintage. Layered, rich, ripe and full, this one exudes classic notes of dark cherry, blackcurrant, cedar, and spice box. Performing like a $50+ Cab, but coming to you at just over $30, you’re gonna’ love it!
