He converted the purchased land to biodynamics and got to work. It is no surprise that the project has received world renown and is known for producing some of the best wines in Maconnais, rivaling (and in some cases perhaps even surpassing) those options found in the more highly regarded Cote d'Or. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHis Macon-Villages bottling is the perfect entry point for what more intentionally produced Maconnais wines can do. Chiseled, mineral-driven, and flowing with notes of green apple, pear, nectarine, Meyer Lemon, and pomelo fruits.
