The site is fully exposed, and the combination of old vines, elevation, and predominantly limestone soils gives the wine an especially mineral-driven character and impressive structural depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMore powerful and expansive than the Les Combes, Sous Roche Dumay shows ripe citrus, white flowers, flint, and subtle notes of butter and toast.
