This tiny, certified organic, family-run estate works with 70 year old, hillside vines just outside of Asti. These old vines yield a flavor-packed yet fresh bottle of wine. Translated, this stuff is full bodied and concentrated, but Barbera's natural acidity keeps this one fresh and light on its feet. Gorgeous notes of dark berries, plum, mellow spice, and violet show up in the nose and on the palate. Serious palate pleaser!
