Abraxas is an Alsatian-inspired white blend from Sinskey's organically farmed Scintilla Vineyard. The blend is Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Gewurztraminer, and this is an absolutely gorgeous and generous rendition of this white wine.
Fermented completely dry, this offers up complex and aromatically enticing notes of honeysuckle, chamomile, white flowers, and soft herbs on the nose. The palate is full yet zesty with flavors of honeydew melon, green apple, pineapple and lime.
