Paolo Petrilli’s certified organic estate in Southern Italy fosters healthy grapes as well as some of the best tomatoes grown in all of Italy. All of his wines are certified organic and vegan, and his rose is based entirely on Puglia's native Nero di Troia grape.
Pouring a beautiful pale pink, this one showcases gorgeous notes of raspberry, watermelon, tart cherry, and a hint of spice. Not quite as high-toned (aka acidic) as most French roses, this gone glides across the palate with ease and finishes delightfully dry and long.
