Moreno Ferlat & Federica Tabacchi are two cool ‘kids’ making natural, skin contact, and distinct wines in the renowned DOC Friuli Isonzo. Farming organically and making wine naturally, these wines are aromatic and full of the flavors of the region.
Their Sauvignon Blanc is off the charts good. After a 48 hour maceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The finished wine is golden in color and quite exotic in aroma and flavor. Elderflower, passion fruit, caramelized grapefruit, and green herbs are all on display in this different yet delicious orange wine.
