2022 Domaine Duffour Cotes de Gascogne Blanc

Wonderful White Wine Value: 2022 Duffour Cotes de Gascogne Blanc

Michel Duffour and his family craft one of the great white wine values in the world. A blend of old vine Colombard, Gros Manseng, and Ugni Blanc, it's a wonderful, lower-cost alternative to Sauvignon Blanc, and it comes from a wonderful family-run estate.

2022 Domaine Duffour Cotes de Gascogne Blanc -- Here's why your should buy it:
  • The Duffour family are one of the most respected producers in Gascogne. They farm organically, ferment with native yeasts, and work with old vines.
  • Michel Duffour works with vines his father planted back in the 1960's. These old vines provide this wine with its intense aromatic and flavor personality.
  • In addition to making wine, Domaine Duffour is also revered for their Armagnac(s), which is made from Ugni Blanc and Colombard. Unfortunately, we can't sell it due to state laws...
  • It offers incredible value for money. Flowing with concentrated notes of melon, grapefruit, passion fruit, lime, and green herb, it's a bit weightier than most Sauvignon Blancs, but it's still super clean and zesty. YUM!
