Wine 101: Understanding Cotes du Rhones – Wednesday, April 3, 2013 – 7:00 to 8:00

The Cotes du Rhone AOC is a huge playing field of production that covers close to 100,000 acres of land supporting vineyards.  With such a large amount of acreage under vine, there is naturally a great variety of style, from light and fruity wines to richer, fuller ones with lovely dark fruit character.  We’d be remiss not to mention that the region also produces its fair share of dry whites and rosés as well.

Join us on a journey through the Rhone via her wines.  The price of admission includes a very skilled presenter of wines (aka Josh) along with tastes of 6 wines, bread and cheese.  We can take 24 for this seated tasting in the Table Wine “classroom”.  Call us at 828.505.8588 to reserve your spot.
