Join us this Friday, April 13 to test your senses and to determine whether a wine’s price is relevant to your personal preference. We’ll sample a total of six wines including 2 Chardonnays, 2 Malbecs and 2 Cabernet Sauvignons. In each flight, one of the wines will retail for $7 to $12 and the other will retail for $15 to $20. Your job will be to rate each wine on a scale of 1 to 10 and to see whether you can determine each wine’s price range.
I’m not telling you anything else! Don’t be intimidated and don’t feel bad if you prefer the cheaper wine. We live in a Golden Age of Wine and there are great wines made at all price points. Just come in with an open mind and a motivation to learn more about your own palate. The tasting goes from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the cost is $5/person or free if you’re a Grape Nut!
