We’ll have a trio of premium but moderately priced wines from Oregon and California. These are wines that drink like twice their price point, and who doesn’t like to find a good deal? We’ll start with the brand new 2014 Elk Cove Rosé of Pinot Noir, a beautiful, dry pink wine from one of Oregon’s veteran producers. Bursting with fresh strawberry and raspberry fruit, you’re going to want to pop this on your back porch on a warm and sunny day. Our advice, buy at least two bottles! Up next, the 2013 Bench Pinot Noir is in top form this vintage. From select vineyards along the Sonoma Coast, this is fuller styled, silky Pinot Noir that could easily pass for a $50 bottle. And last but not least, the 2012 Bench Cabernet Sauvignon is simply fantastic. Fruit is sourced from a vineyard that previously provided fruit to some very famous, high end Alexander Valley producers. You won’t believe how good this is! The only thing left to do is stop by.
