Table Wine's Hold, Discount, and Return Policies

Due to the highly regulated nature of alcohol, we abide by all local, state, and federal laws.

Returns: In pretty much all cases, all sales are final. If you get a technically flawed bottle, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. This would include bottles that have cork taint or faulty closures (e.g.: screw cap won't open, cork is dried out). Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff.

Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession and we are unable to return flawed bottles to our distributors for recompense after one month, we will only accept flawed bottles for exchange within 30 days of their purchase.

Standard Volume Discounts: We offer aggressive discounts of 10% off any mixed 6-11 bottles or 20% off any 12+ bottles.

Newsletter/Feature Wines: We offer a rotating cast of featured wines, and in most cases, these qualify for discounts above and beyond our standard discounts. However, to receive that heightened discount, you often have to buy a specified amount of the same wine (three-pack, six-pack, etc.). 

Please note, standard volume discounts are not applicable to the sale prices on our featured wines. For example, if we have a wine on deal for $12.99/bottle if you buy a solid six-pack, $14.99 on bottle 1, and $16.99 regular price, if you buy less than six bottles as part of a mixed case, you would receive a 20% discount off the regular price ($16.99), not off the sale price ($14.99).

Discount Requirements: To receive any sort of discount or volume discount, all of the wine has to be rung in on one transaction. We get charged credit card fees every time we process a transaction. Thus, wines purchased on different transactions cannot be combined to get the volume discount.

Hold Policy: We ask that all orders be paid for within 48 hours, and we request that you pick your wine up within a one week window. We’re a small store, we have to pay for all wines when they are delivered, and storage space is very limited. Don’t forget, we are now able to safely and securely store your credit card on file.
