Try 3 For Free Wine Tasting – Join us as we’ll pour some new arrivals including the stellar 2014 Arterberry Maresh Pinot Noir! Saturday, October 29th from 2-5pm.
For fans of Oregon Pinot Noir, you don’t want to miss this free wine tasting! Jim Maresh of Arterberry Maresh crafts some of our favorite Pinot Noirs in the world, and we’ll be pulling the cork on his highly touted 2014. Silky, savory, and complex, this wine called the “bargain of the vintage” by The Wine Advocate, and Vintage 2014 was a great one in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. That’s the highlight of the tasting, but that’s not all we’re pouring. We’ll also have a beautifully aromatic and charming white from Oregon and a lush and exotic Viognier from Southern France. All you have to do is stop by, taste, learn, and save! Can’t make it by, but want to place an order? Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Save big on all of the tasting wines! Mix any 3 of them and save 10%, mix any 6 and save 15%, or mix any 12 and save 20%!
1. 2015 Le Paradou Viognier (Languedoc, France) – In our estimation, this is the best Viognier for the money in the marketplace. From organic and sustainably farmed vineyards located in various parts of Southern France, it shows the grape’s tell-tale aromatic qualities, but remains fresh and crisp on the palate. Look for notes of peach, melon, citrus and honeysuckle.
Tasting Price: $10.79/bottle | $10.19 in mixed six packs | $9.59 in mixed cases
2. 2015 Anne Amie Cuvée A “Amrita” (Willamette Valley, Oregon) – The name Amrita comes from the Buddhist equivalent of ambrosia, or a wine of the gods. Anne Amie’s white blend combines 6 different white grapes together each harvest to create an irresistible, lightly effervescent, fruit-forward wine. A blend of Riesling, Muller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay, it is fruit filled and just off-dry. We think it’s the perfect white wine to pair with spicy Asian or Indian cuisine.
Tasting Price: $15.29 on mixed 3-packs | $14.44 on mixed 6-packs | $13.59 on mixed cases
3. 2014 Arterberry Maresh Pinot Noir Dundee Hills (Willamette Valley, Oregon) – It’s our Wine of the Week, and it’s delicious! Made with fruit from 6 of the top vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills section of the Willamette Valley, this one really sings. Mediume bodied, silky, and flowing with ripe red fruits, complex earth and spice notes, this is one of the best “entry level” Pinot Noirs out there.
Tasting Price: $26.99 on mixed 3-packs | $25.49 on mixed 6-packs | $23.99 on mixed cases
Special Wine of the Week Price: $24.99/bottle or $23.99/bottle on your solid 6-pack
