Flavors of Spring Wine Dinner at Local Provisions featuring wine selections from famed importer Kermit Lynch – Thursday, May 12th at 6:30 pm – Click here to learn more and to purchase tickets! This promises to be a special night of delicious, locally sourced, seasonally appropriate cuisine and delicious wines from one of our country’s finest importers. I can say with 100% certainty that Local Provisions is my favorite new restaurant in Asheville, and I’ve been wanting to put this together since the first time I dined there. Inventive and original dishes, beautiful presentation, and delicious flavors are put out my chef Justin Burdett and his his team.
I invite you all to join us for a 4-course meal paired with small production, artisanal French wines from importer Kermit Lynch. Richard McKinney of Tryon Distributing and yours truly will be on hand to discuss the wines and the pairings, and all of the wines will be available for purchase at deeply discounted prices. The cost for the tasting is $85/person and that includes tax and gratuity. Seating is limited and we expect that this incredible wine and dine experience will sell out quickly. Cheers and happy eating and drinking in Asheville! Here’s the menu!
If you have any food allergies or restrictions, just call the restaurant at 828.424.7815 and Chef Justin will offer delicious alternatives.
