All of the featured tasting wines are 20% off by the bottle on tasting day only.

1. 2017 Ferraton Père et Fils Cotes du Rhone Blanc ‘Samorens’ (Rhone Valley, France) – This overachieving Southern Rhone estate operates in partnership with Chapoutier, one of the Rhone Valley’s all-time greats. Their Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a mix of Roussanne, Viognier, and Clairette fermented in tank. “It’s fresh, vibrant, and crisp, yet has plenty of heft in its peach, tangerine, and citrus aromas and flavors.” – Jeb Dunnuck – 91 points

2. Surprise Wine #1 – It’s a very special dry rosé treat. If you love world-class, dry pink wines, you don’t want to miss this! We’ll only open 1 bottle of this one — come early or forever hold your peace.

3. 2017 Domaine Cabirau Cotes du Roussillon Rouge (Roussillon, France) – This rich and flamboyant blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Carignan, and 20% Syrah comes from the black schist soils of Maury. “Its deep purple, opaque color is followed by a beautiful bouquet of blackberry and blueberry fruit as well as plenty of violets and incense. It’s medium to full-bodied, ripe, sexy, and voluptuous on the palate, with terrific purity.” – Jeb Dunnuck – 91 points

4. 2017 Villa des Anges Cabernet Sauvignon (Languedoc, France) – Cabernet Sauvignon does wonderful things in the Languedoc. Producers here typically make it in a slightly lighter, fresher, more herb-tinged style, and that’s certainly what you get with Villa des Anges. Showing it’s Cabernet Franc genetic connection, this one is ripe and forward, with lovely notes of tobacco, herbs, and Provencal herbs.

5. Surprise Wine #2 – We’ll end with one of the great red wines of Southern France from one of the top producers. Again, the ‘special-ness’ of this wine will limit us to opening just 1 bottle for tasting purposes. We hope you make it in time to sample this one!
