1. Château l’Oiselinière de la Ramée Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur Lie (Loire Valley, France)
That’s a long name huh? But don’t worry, it’s not that complicated. The Muscadet AOC is located in the far western stretches of the Loire River Valley, very close to the Atlantic, and the grape here is Melon de Bourgogne. Producing the classic oyster wine, this super dry and minerally white wine will get the juices flowing.

2. 2016 Clos Guirouilh Jurancon Sec (Southwest France)
Jurancon is a wine region in Southwestern France and these wines are rarely encountered in the US. We’re hoping to change that because the dry whites they produce are quite compelling. This one, based on a blend of 40+ year old Gros Manseng and Courbu. And the resulting wine is delicious and fascinating. Concentrated with notes of gun flint, flowers, and tropical fruits, this bone-dry white is a treat.

3. 2018 Luberri Rioja ‘Orlegi’ (Rioja, Spain)
Here’s a wine that has graced our shelves since we opened in 2010! When you taste this 100% Tempranillo, you’ll understand why. It’s truly gulpable and easy-drinking with a nice mix of fruit and spice and no hard edges.

4. 2016 Pegaso Zeta (Sierra de Gredos, Spain)
I tasted this with Mike Tiano recently and was blown away! From 60+ year old , organically tended Garnacha vines, this wine really does it for me. Famed vigneron Telmo Rodriguez is the master mind behind this project and this is about as pure, silky and harmonious as red wine can get.

5. 2012 La Tour du Cayrou Cahors (Cahors, France)
Cahors is renowned for its dark and inky, Malbec-based wines and this is a great introduction. From 40+ year old, organically farmed vineyards, this is a wine the estate chooses to age prior to release. Good for us! Marked by incredible minerality and fine grained tannic structure, this smells of dark, smoky fruit, wild herbs and pepper.

6. Surprise Wine
We’ll end with a super special treat! We’re only opening one bottle so come early or forever hold your peace:)
