Blind Tasting – Does Price Guarantee Quality in Wine?

Put your palate to the test on Wednesday, January 12, as we taste four different varietals in a blind format and determine whether a higher price tag results in a better wine.  In each flight, we’ll taste one wine in the $10-$15 range and one in the $20 to $30 range, and you will be responsible for ranking each of the wines to determine which one you think is better.  At the end of the night, we’ll tally the results and release the findings.  This is not a test and there are no winners or losers!  Just bring yourself and an open mind and plan on having fun.
Small palate cleansers will be served with each flight and the tasting is open to the public.  We will start promptly at 7:03 pm and will finish at 9:07.  The cost for the tasting is $20 and $15 for Grape Nuts members.  10% bottle and 20% case discounts will be applied to any purchases of wines included in the tasting that night.  Please RSVP Josh to reserve your spot via phone or email.  josh@tablewineasheville.com or 828.505.8588
