SOLD OUT! Our best selling dry rose of 2016 is back and better than ever! The 2016 Domaine Lafage Miraflors Rosé arrived last week, Ben and I popped a bottle, and we are both convinced that this year’s version is even better than last year’s.
I know it’s still February, but this is one of those wines that tastes just as good as it looks no matter what time of year it is. The only think I have left to say is come and get it!

I’m not going to go into depth about Domaine Lafage, Jean-Marc and his wife Eliane, and the incredible wines they make. If you’ve shopped here, you’ve heard the in-depth story. I will simply say they make some of the best wines in France’s Roussillon region, and their Miraflors Rosé is always a standout.
A blend of organically cultivated Grenache Gris (80+ year old vines) and Mourvedre, this is literally springtime in a bottle. Ripe and silky, yet elegant and energetic, it tastes even better than the bottle looks. And yes, that is one of the best-looking bottles of wine we stock! Laced with aromas and flavors of red berries (think strawberry, cherry, and raspberry) with hints of floral infused white peach, the wine is decidedly dry yet silky smooth.
