Autumn Harvest Wine and Food Pairing

We’ve got good news and bad news for you. The good news is that this is going to be an awesome night of food and wine, but the bad news is that it’s our last one of the year and it’s all ready almost sold out. If you’ve never been, we set the store up with tables and chairs and serve you a 5 course, small plate tasting menu with wines paired to each course. Our next soirée will take place on Thursday, October 4 starting at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $60/person or $50 if you’re a Grape Nut and it is all inclusive!

Les and Barb Norman will be handling the food portion again and will be incorporating in the earthy, rich flavors of the autumn harvest. Each course will be paired with a 2.5 oz pour of wine, and the wine them for the evening is the southern Rhone Valley of France. These hearty, spicy and earthy wines are the perfect foil for the flavors of the food you’ll be eating. Take a look at the menu and the wines and call us quickly at 828.505.8588 to reserve one of the last four spots.
