1. 2009 Michel Gassier Lou Coucardie Blanc

A highly expressive white Rhone from the same guy that makes the Cercius.  94 points – The Wine Advocate!

 

2. 2011 Finca Torcidas Malbec

Lush, rich, spicy Malbec from a rising star producer.  91 points – Wine Spectator and less than $15!

 

3. 2010 Entre Suelos Tempranillo

Lush, oak-spiced notes of ripe blueberry, black cherry and raspberry.  90 points Stephen Tanzer and the price is great!

 

4. 2009 COS Nero di Lupo

From the squat bottle to the juice inside of it, this is funky good.  92 points – The Wine Advocate.

 

5. 2008 Montesecondo Rosso del Rospo

Biodynamic/organic Cab/Petit Verdot blend from a Chianti producer………what the hell?
